Fees
1. Credit Card Fee
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. To avoid this fee, we recommend using Zelle or cash as payment methods.
Financing

Some financing options may require a soft credit check. We encourage all customers to carefully read the financing agreement before proceeding. Jireh Motors is not responsible for third-party financing outcomes or any issues related to those agreements.
Authorization
3. Repair Authorization
By signing a repair order, you authorize Jireh Motors to perform the requested services and agree to pay for parts, labor, and applicable taxes. A deposit may be required for major repairs.
Warranty
4. Warranty Terms

Labor Warranty: Most jobs include up to 30 days of labor warranty. Some selected repairs may include extended coverage at no additional cost.

Parts Warranty: Depends on the supplier and may range from 1 month, 3 years, or limited lifetime. Warranty terms are confirmed with each client.

Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow recommendations.

Diagnostic
5. Diagnostic & Check-Ups
We offer free basic check-ups and advanced diagnostic services (typically $80, $149, $200). If no issue is found, this fee may be refundable. All diagnostics are performed with good intent and never to upsell unnecessary services. No sales are forced — all recommendations are advisory.
Timing
6. Job Timing & Labor Hours
Labor hours on invoices reflect billing purposes, not exact time spent. In most cases, hours are adjusted to help our customers. Some jobs may take longer than expected due to complexity, but no work is done without your approval.
Storage
7. Storage Fees
Vehicles left at our facility over 14 days without a customer decision may be subject to daily storage fees. These fees will be communicated in advance.
Liability
8. Liability
Jireh Motors is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before leaving your car with us.
Service
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if a repair is not feasible or if it could pose a safety risk to you or others.
Repossession
10. Legal Disclosures
According to Section 70.001 of the Texas Property Code, you understand that your vehicle is subject to repossession under Section 9.609 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code if payment is not honored or reversed (e.g., bounced checks or stopped payments).
Disputes
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will be handled through good-faith negotiation between the customer and Jireh Motors.
Law
12. Governing Law
All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
